Human Factor Training was started by Cranfield Aviation Training - experts in the Aviation Industry in the field of Human Factor and safety and emergency procedures training for Pilots, Cabin Crew and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. The Directors of the company have vast experience researching human behaviour in high risk situations, how to increase performance and how to manage human performance limitations.
Cranfield Aviation Training is a leading Aviation Training School in South Africa, registered and accredited with the South African Civil Aviation Authority. The company commenced business in 1999 after accreditation by the SACAA to provide a variety of aviation and safety orientated training programs. The company employs administrative 6 staff members and 22 Instructors and Designated Examiners that train across the African continent. Cranfield conducts training for a variety of Operators and provides independent training of a world class standard on the African continent.
Human Factor Training as a company was established to address other high risk environments plagued with the same challenges as a result of Human Error, and to avoid confusion when training in non-aviation industries.
